RAMÓN REAL VARGAS ALANIS
RAMÓN REAL VARGAS ALANIS holds a dual degree in Theatre Arts and Gender Studies with a concentration in Ethnicity, Nationality, and Sexuality, and Minor in Ethnic Studies, from California State University Stanislaus. They currently works as the Bilingual Teaching Artist for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Ramón is one of the co-founders, and Artistic Director, of In The Margin. Part of In The Margin's mission and vision is to uphold diversity, and inclusion with representation of the marginalized onstage. They, along with the ensemble members, would write and devise new works to spark a dialogue about social justice issues. Ramón's directorial work centers around social justice new works.
